This license is reserved to software house, web agencies, companies and individuals that want to include our fonts in computer software, web/mobile applications and games, eBooks for dynamic display of texts and terminal servers.
It allows a maximum of ten people to install and use the fonts on temporary development CPUs, as well as the copy of the font files on the production web servers or the inclusion of said files in the software.
This license doesn’t apply to broadcast uses, and doesn’t allow re-selling of the fonts in any form. One-time fee, and the license does not expire.

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
Our End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) grants a business entity (“YOU”) the following rights:
- You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes.
- You may modify the fonts for your own purposes, but the copyright remains with Almaz Studio, and you are not allowed to distribute renamed, edited or derivative works, either for profit or not.
- Fonts can included as a part of your product as web fonts located on your website. No reselling of the font as a font software is allowed: the application or websites cannot have the sale of user-entered phrases rendered in the licensed fonts as their main purpose (e.g. logo making software’s, etc.) – for those uses a worldwide license is needed.
Almaz Studio states it owns full intellectual property rights in the typeface and font software, and guarantees that the typeface and font software does not infringe any rights, including any intellectual property rights, of third parties.
Almaz Studio expressly disclaims any further warranty for the fonts. The fonts and any related documentation is provided “as it is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the fonts remains with you. In no event shall Almaz Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Almaz Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
